Current HCI Foundation bursary recipients who are continuing their undergraduate studies in 2025 at a public university or university of technology in South Africa.
New 2025 Honours and Postgraduate Diploma students at the listed institutions.
The gross family income should be less than R38 000 per month.
Age 35 years or under on 30 September 2024.
You must have a working email address.
You must have a working cell phone number.
You must have a student number if you are applying for your second or higher year of study. This is only applicable to our returning students.
Provide proof of your parents' or guardians' exact monthly income (no bank statements). Submit proof for both parents. If one is deceased, include a death certificate. For single-parent households, submit an affidavit. If a parent is unemployed, submit an affidavit of unemployment.
The student failed due to a lack of commitment and did not inform the Foundation in advance.
The student is intentionally refusing to participate in bursary programme activities, both during and after their studies.
The student provided false/inaccurate information to unduly receive the bursary.
